Yes, you can click things, but there is a big difference between painting a village into place, and playing a game to balance an economy and develop a medieval village. I love city builders or all shapes and sizes, but I got no satisfaction from the 3 different times I tried to start a village.. You liked Banished but it was dour and the modding was weird.You think City Skylines looks great but you hate industrial stuff and don't want to be doing the post-60s architecture.Yeah, this is the game you want. It's gorgeous, still a teeny bit buggy and missing images here and there but it's so good! It's just what you want!. I'd wait until this is out of early access. Since release there have only been a few bug fixes and it appears from the latest log content update is months out. Really, too bad yet another promising early access that people are going to forget about due to slow updates of actual playable content. For some reason the Devs decided to make their number one priority modding vs. actual stuff to do or improvements in AI . I really wish i could give this a neutral review but, at this point I'd watch and follow to see what we get vs. buy because at this point there just isn't much.. The one time that this game made it past the loading screen, it seemed like an interesting concept. Much like Banished or Dawn of Man, except childlike. Unfortunately, of the two dozen times I've launched this game, it's only worked once, coincidentally that was the same time that the developer was tracking my use for info. It's only loaded that one time. Every other attempt ha ended in frustration and using task manager to end the process, because it locks my computer. Still waiting for a refund. There is no way this game is worth $30, so little game here it's more like a tech demo and they are not getting anything of note accomplished since release. Wait for a deep sale or pass on this bare bones overpriced game.. keep an eye on this one. not much content yet maybe 8 hours of playtime till you do everything. the devs are adding content on a good pace and i think we would have a solid game here in under a year.
